Our Services
Osteopathic treatment
Osteopathy is a hands-on healthcare approach that assesses, diagnoses and treats problems with the musculoskeletal system and related body systems. Osteopaths view the body as an integrated whole: structural alignment, joint mobility, muscle function, nervous system and circulation all interact to influence health. Treatment aims to reduce pain, restore movement and support the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt.
Exercise Rehabilitation
Our osteopaths will tailor a program aimed at restoring function and mobility after injury, surgery, or illness. It uses guided exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination, reduce pain, and prevent reinjury, supporting healing and long-term musculoskeletal health through clinical assessment and evidence-based care.
Ergonomic Assessment and Advice
Assessment of posture, movement, and workspace setup to identify musculoskeletal strain. We can recommend adjustments to seating, desk height, monitor placement, and keyboard use to improve function and reduce muscle tension. We can also advise on breaks, stretches, and lifting techniques to prevent injury and enhance comfort.
Chronic Pain
Chronic pain persists beyond the normal healing time, typically lasting longer than three months. It often involves complex interactions between the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, as well as social and psychological factors. Osteopaths take a whole-person approach to identify and address mechanical, postural, neural and lifestyle contributors to ongoing pain.
Pre- and postnatal care
Osteopathy can support women throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period by addressing musculoskeletal pain, improving function, and promoting overall wellbeing. Osteopaths use gentle, non-invasive manual techniques tailored to each stage of pregnancy and to postpartum recovery.
Chat with an Osteopath
We understand how inconvenient and distressing pain and injury can be. Your Osteopath will create a personalised treatment plan and help you understand your condition, so you can take control of your recovery. Have a chat with us today to find out more about how osteo can help you.
